    I've saved this workout in my workout playlist for 2 years. It does work, but you'll need to be consistent. Do this workout 4-5 times a week, and with consistent weights, move up one in weight after one month, and always stretch before and after. Sidenote::: I took a long break, but I will update here.     I have incorporated this quick ab workout paired with another one in my morning daily routine and I feel my stomach getting tighter, toned, and flatter!!!! Stick to it and you’ll get results! I’ve also noticed my body getting stronger where “death planks” aren’t as painful and can last longer little by little! I love Rebecca’s videos! Love her arm workout too!

    I've been doing this workout on and off for the last decade, it never gets easy. I do it with leg weights and add my own twist between reps (plank into downward do 3 times) to catch my breath. So I don't do it along with Cynthia she joins in towards the end! It's a great full body work out. I'm overweight and 60 but relatively fit, but this can be done by anyone. Just do it in you own time if you can't keep up with Cynthia! 😊
